These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and Golisimo Entertainment N.V. ("Golisimo," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the Golisimo Casino website (golisimo.us.com) and all associated services including casino games, live dealer entertainment, and sports betting. By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1. Account Registration and Eligibility

1.4. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are obligated to promptly update your account details if any changes occur. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
1.5. Golisimo reserves the right to refuse registration or to close existing accounts for any lawful reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, identity concerns, jurisdictional restrictions, or failure to comply with these Terms.
Restricted Territories
1.6. Golisimo Casino does not accept registrations or offer services to residents of the following jurisdictions: the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Australia, and any other jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where Golisimo does not hold the required license. 2. Account Security
2.1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login information with any third party.

2.3. Golisimo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Golisimo does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Acceptable payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Tether (USDT), Skrill, Neteller, and other methods as displayed in the Cashier section.
3.2. The minimum deposit amount is $10 (or currency equivalent). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Golisimo reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.
3.3. Deposits are credited to your account immediately for most payment methods. In some cases, processing delays may occur due to payment provider requirements or verification procedures.
3.4. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 5 business days depending on the chosen payment method. Golisimo reserves the right to perform identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
3.5. The minimum withdrawal amount is $10 (or currency equivalent). Maximum withdrawal limits are $5,000 per transaction. Golisimo may apply weekly or monthly withdrawal caps as specified in the account terms.
3.6. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. If the original payment method does not support withdrawals, an alternative method may be used subject to additional verification.
3.7. Golisimo reserves the right to charge processing fees on withdrawals in certain circumstances, which will be clearly communicated before the transaction is confirmed.
4. Identity Verification (KYC)
4.1. In compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and our licensing obligations, Golisimo requires all players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals. This process may also be triggered at any time during your use of our services.
4.2. Verification requires submission of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo identification document (passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of residential address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence), and proof of payment method ownership.
4.3. Verification documents are typically reviewed within 12 to 24 hours. Golisimo reserves the right to request additional documentation if initial submissions are unclear, incomplete, or raise concerns.
4.4. Failure to complete verification within 30 days of the initial request may result in account restrictions or closure. Any remaining balance in an unverified account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
5. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements
5.1. All promotional offers, bonuses, and free spins provided by Golisimo Casino are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions.
5.2. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of thirty-five times (x35) the bonus amount. The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements: Slots and Instant Win games contribute 100%; Table Games contribute 10–20%; Live Casino games contribute 10–15%; Video Poker contributes 5–10%. 5.4. A maximum bet limit of $5 per round or spin applies while playing with active bonus funds. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.5. Bonuses have a specified validity period, typically 14 days for welcome bonuses and 7 days for recurring promotions. Wagering requirements must be completed within this period; otherwise, the bonus and associated winnings will expire.
5.6. Golisimo reserves the right to revoke bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in abusive bonus practices, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts, colluding with other players, using automated software, or employing strategies designed solely to exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming intent.
5.7. Each player may claim the welcome bonus only once. Golisimo reserves the right to verify that no previous account has been registered using the same personal details, payment method, IP address, or device before granting a welcome bonus.
6. Responsible Gambling
6.1. Golisimo is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means.
6.2. Players have access to the following responsible gambling tools through their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time limits, wagering limits, cooling-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days), and self-exclusion options (6 months, 1 year, or permanent).

7. Account Suspension and Closure

Golisimo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or criminal activity; failure to complete identity verification; suspected use of multiple accounts; suspected collusion or manipulation of games; unauthorized access from a restricted territory; any activity deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform.
7.2. In the event of account suspension for investigation purposes, any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a violation, Golisimo reserves the right to void bets, reverse winnings, and close the account.
7.3. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to the player through an available withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements.
8. Game Rules and Fair Play
8.1. All games offered on the Golisimo Casino platform operate according to the rules and payout tables published for each individual game. By playing any game, you accept the applicable game rules.
8.2. In the event of a discrepancy between the game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on our servers, the server record shall be considered the definitive outcome.
8.3. Golisimo reserves the right to void any bets or game results that are affected by technical errors, system malfunctions, or human error. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account.

9. Sports Betting Specific Terms
9.1. All sports bets are settled based on the official results published by the relevant governing body of each sport. If no official result is available, Golisimo will use its discretion to determine the outcome based on the most reliable available information.
9.2. Golisimo reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or other forms of corruption. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player.
9.3. Maximum payout limits apply to sports betting and vary by sport, league, and market type. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. In the event of a dispute, the player should first contact Golisimo customer support to attempt an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication with our support team.
10.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the player may file a formal complaint following the procedure outlined on our Contact page. Golisimo will investigate the complaint and provide a detailed response within 14 business days.
10.3. If the player remains dissatisfied with the outcome, the matter may be referred to the Anjouan Gaming Authority for independent review, in accordance with the dispute resolution framework of our gaming license (ALSI‑202411077‑FI2).
10.4. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the above procedures shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. All content on the Golisimo Casino website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of Golisimo Entertainment N.V. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
11.2. The Golisimo name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the exclusive property of Golisimo Entertainment N.V. No license or right to use any of these marks is granted without express written permission.
11.3. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Golisimo website without our prior written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1. Golisimo Casino services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
12.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Golisimo Entertainment N.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
12.3. Golisimo's total aggregate liability to any player for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
12.4. Golisimo shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet service interruptions, hardware failures, software errors, natural disasters, or actions of regulatory authorities.
13. Modifications to Terms
13.1. Golisimo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the website at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
13.2. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should cease using our services and request account closure.
14. General Provisions
14.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14.2. Golisimo's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
14.3. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Golisimo regarding the use of our services.
